Worm Bin Composting at Stamford Library Children’s Summer Reading Camp!

Bring the children to the Stamford Library Summer Reading Camp
on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10:30-11:30 a.m. for a HANDS-ON workshop about WORM BIN COMPOSTING!

Helen Fields, Master Composter, will help us investigate the science,
the art, and the FUN of having your own WORM BIN to compost
all of your kitchen food scraps! Sing the red wiggler song and dance the
red wiggler dance! Draw pictures of the worms and learn their names!

AND it is NOT SMELLY!

AND you DON’T have to touch the worms IF YOU DON’T WANT TO!
(but you can if you do).

Parents and other adults are welcome.

Come learn about how we can reduce our garbage bill and make
the best compost in the world: BLACK GOLD RED WIGGLER COMPOST!!!!

(Flowers and veggies LOVE BGRWC!)

ALL ARE WELCOME. SNACKS PROVIDED. BRING YOUR FRIENDS!
